Musashi Reaper Creatine Matrix is a high-performance formula to support muscle endurance and help increase lean body mass during resistance training.

Directions

HOW: Serve size = 10g (1 level scoop).


ADULTS: Add 10g (1 level scoop) to 200mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Consume plenty of water throughout the day.


WHEN: Take 10g (1 level scoop) once daily, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place

  • Creatine

    Creatine is a molecule produced in the body and is a dietary precursor of Phosphocreatine which releases energy. Creatine can help to support energy production, enhance muscle strength and increase lean body mass during high intensity exercise and resistance training. Creatine may also help reduce muscle damage and inflammation following intense exercise. This can lead to a faster recovery period between workouts. It is found naturally in red meats and fish.
