ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Musashi is committed to promoting digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all website visitors and believe all customers should be able to access information, navigate our site, and shop with confidence, regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance.

Accessibility Standards & Conformance Status

We aim to follow generally recognised accessibility best practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. The WCAG 2.1 AA level covers a wide range of recommendations for making website content more accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, and photosensitivity. By implementing and adhering to these guidelines, the website's content also becomes more usable to users in general.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review key journeys (for example, browsing, product pages, cart, and checkout) and prioritise fixes that improve accessibility and usability for all customers.

Technical Specifications

Accessibility of the Musashi website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of your web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML
  • WAI-ARIA
  • CSS
  • JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology

Musashi strives to support the widest array of browsers and assistive technologies as possible. We have invested efforts to support popular systems with high market share, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, and Safari. We also aim to support native assistive technologies, including VoiceOver on Mac, as well as JAWS and NVDA for Windows.

Limitations, Alternatives, and Third‑Party Content

Despite our efforts to ensure the accessibility of the website, there may be some limitations. Some content, features, or functionality on our website may be provided by third‑party platforms, add-ons, or plugins (such as product reviews, maps, or social media feeds).

These third-party elements may not work the same for every user and/or every type of disability. While we encourage our partners to provide accessible and user‑friendly experiences, we do not have full control over the structure of these external plugins and are unable to modify them to the extent that would accommodate every user.

How to Get Help or Provide Feedback

Despite our efforts to make site browsing accessible for people with disabilities, some pages may not yet be fully accessible, or the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found. We are dedicated to keeping improving our accessibility features and interface.

If you experience an accessibility issue, notice something wrong, or would like to suggest an improvement, please reach out to our Customer Support team. We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers. We aim to respond to all accessibility inquiries within 2 business days.

To help us respond quickly, please include:

  • The page URL (or the feature you were trying to use)
  • What went wrong (and any error message, if shown)
  • Your device and browser (and any assistive technology, if used)
